How it works

  1. Paste or capture

    Paste an email, drop in screenshots of a text thread, bring in starred Gmail or a Slack thread, or take notes during a call.

  2. Approve what the AI found

    AskTask suggests the tasks, questions, ideas and decisions inside it. You accept, edit or skip each one. Nothing is filed without you.

  3. Keep the receipt

    Every item links to the exact quote it came from, so you can always show where something was asked for or agreed.

  4. Ask about any suite

    Ask what was decided, what you tried or what is still open, and get an answer with its sources.
