Questions
What is a suite?
A suite is one customer, project or part of your life, with its own Tasks, Brief and Files. Solo includes up to 7 active suites. Pro and Team have no limit, and archived suites don’t count.
Do the people I work with need a plan?
No. On Pro and Team, guests are free: invite as many as you like to a suite, and they open only the parts you choose. On Solo, guests aren’t included.
What happens after the beta?
Your studio keeps everything you added. Choose a plan to keep going. You can open and export your information at any time.
Is there a limit on the AI?
Each plan includes plenty of AI for a normal month of work. We watch the cost behind the scenes, so you never count credits or watch a countdown. In an unusually heavy month, Ask switches to a lighter model and tells you once. Capture always keeps the full model.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Ask within 14 days of any charge and we’ll refund it in full (see Refunds).
