Cancel anytime
Cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Account & billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
A full refund within 14 days
Ask within 14 days of any charge, the first one or a renewal, and we’ll refund that charge in full.
How to ask
Email support@asktask.app from the address on your account and tell us which studio. Once payments go through Paddle, our reseller, the refund goes back to the way you paid.
Trials and free access
Trials and free-access codes don’t charge anything, so there is nothing to refund, and nothing is charged when they end unless you choose a plan.
Your information
Cancelling or getting a refund doesn’t delete your studio. You can export your information at any time.
